Meet The Fockers

White Noise

I was a bit skeptical in seeing this by myself, by my lonesome in my dark dark basement. But by the end of the movie, I was more clueless than scared. It reminded me of The Ring in it's jolty screams and images dealing with that gray fuzzy stuff on TV screens. The plot was okay, but it wasn't fully resolved. I don't recall an ending. If there was one, I didn't understand it. The only thing that I got out of this movie was the extra feature on the DVD that talked about EVP (electronic voice phenomenon).

Verdict: Not worth your time, unless you want to see the nifty tutorial about EVP.

National Treasure

A treasure hunt full of riddles, this movie reminded me of The Da Vinci Code. A bit of history gives the plot an interesting background. It's hard to believe that all of the clues were solved, but hey, it's a movie. Humor scattered throughout and a tad lovey dovey at the end.

Verdict: Worth watching, but be cautious of spontaneous movements.
